Manual entries from 1 December till 22 December per hand and from 23 December till 27 December via email or Whatsapp

Prize giving : 15 minutes after the last athlete end the race. Athletes are responsible to collect their own prize money or make an alternative written arrangement with the event organizer. Failing which prize money is forfeited. (ASA Rule 2.10)
