Enties:

  • Pre Entries closing date 16 September , or as soon as 350 entries have been reached for 9km and 250 for 5 km
  • In store: Sportsmans Warehouse, Sportscene (Eden Meander Lifestyle Centre) and Top Gear Sport (George)
  • Please keep the receipt as proof of payment.

Registration:

  • Pre-entry and late entries will be accepted at Sportmans Warehouse from 09h00 – 17h00 on
    19 September 2019
  • NO RACE DAY ENTRIES!
  • Registration to collect the race number will take on will take place Saturday,21 September
    from 08:00 – 08:30 @ Redberry Farm
  • Race Numbers can only be collected in person ID of Drivers Licence.

Goodie Bags: First 100 entries for 5 km & First 100 entries 9km

Start: Redberry Farm- Cut off time 1 hour and 30 minutes

Prize giving : Athletes are responsible to collect their own prize money or make a written arrangement with the Event Organizer. Failing which prize money is forfeited. (ASA Rule 2.10)

An IPCO timing chip will be made available, on loan basis, to all participants apart from ASWD licensed athletes who are to use their current personalised chips. Participants will be held responsible for lost or damage chips or those not handed back as required.
