By Hand : You can enter and pay at Tekkie Town (Oudtshoorn), Top Gear Sport, Sportscentre ( York Street). Please keep the receipt as proof of payment.

Late entries : Thursday 9 August from 07h00 till 07h45 at Rainbow Motors, Oudtshoorn. Late entries will attract a R10 Premium to advertised entry fee.

REGISTRATION : Pre-entries close on 5 August at 16:00. Registration for non-club athletes to collect their temporarily number and chip will take place on 9 August 2018 from 07h00 till 07h45 at Rainbow Motors, Oudtshoorn.

Start & Finish : Rainbow Motors, Oudtshoorn

Prize giving : Athletes are responsible to collect their own prize money or make an alternative written arrangement with the Event Organizer. Failing which prize money is forfeited. (ASA Rule 2.10)

ASWD Licensed athlete take note : Forget your IPICO chip – you will have to pay R20 to loan one for the race. Lost your chip – you will have to pay R75 for a replacement chip
