- Late-entries : Will take place on Wednesday 19 September & Friday 21 September between 17h00 – 18h00 at RWFL Club (George Botanical Gardens – Caledon Street),Sunday 23 September between 10h00-13h00 at Sportmans Warehouse (Eden Meander)
- Entries on Race Day : Outeniqua Sport Club between 05h00 – 06h30
- Late Entries will attract a R20 premium to advertised rates
- Number collection: Sunday 23 September at Sportmans Warehouse (Eden Meander) between 10h00-13h00 and on Race day at Outeniqua Park between 05h00-06h30
- NO UP OR DOWN GRADES!
START & FINISH : Outeniqua Park Rugby Stadium (CJ Langenhoven Road)
Ablution : facilities are available at the start/finish. Please keep it clean and tidy!!
Tog Bag Facilities : open at 05h00, please keep your lable safe while you run. You will need the matching lable to claim your bag.
Prize giving : Athletes are responsible to collect their own prize money or prizes or make an alternative written arrangement with the Event Organizer. Failing which prize money or prizes will be forfeited (ASA Rule 2.10)
